Statutory Declaration under the RTI act 2005

Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of Government College Mahendergarh, Haryana -123029.  Website: http://gcmahendergarh.ac.in 

The college has been included by the UGC under 2(f) & 12B and affiliated to Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, Haryna.  The College comes under the administrative control of Directorate General of Higher Education, Haryana. The college is financed by Haryana Government and therefore, all its financial transactions are audited by the Govt. Auditors. The college has different committees to carryout day to day task and for maintaining  discipline in the campus. 

The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favour of Principal/SPIO, Govt. College Mahendergarh. This application may be sent to the State Public Information Officer (SPIO) or handed over in the office by hand. All information about the college is open for the public and it can be obtained by citizens of India under the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005.
