In line with the Higher Education Department, Haryana
(Panchkula) policy, the college ensures that both teaching and non-teaching
employees undergo regular training programmes throughout the year.
Teaching Staff

Active Participation in Faculty Development
Programmes (FDPs), Orientation Programmes, and Short-Term Courses organized by
various universities and agencies.

Attends specialized training sessions related to
areas such as NSS, admissions management, HRMS, PFMS, and MOOCs.

To engage in continuous professional development
to enhance academic, administrative, and research competencies.
Non-Teaching Staff

Gain expertise in office automation, financial
management systems, admission procedures, HRMS, PFMS, and various other
essential administrative competencies.

Engage in skill enhancement workshops aimed at
boosting efficiency, service delivery, and the utilization of digital platforms.
