Training Policy

 

In line with the Higher Education Department, Haryana (Panchkula) policy, the college ensures that both teaching and non-teaching employees undergo regular training programmes throughout the year.

 

Teaching Staff

 

·         Active Participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Orientation Programmes, and Short-Term Courses organized by various universities and agencies.

 

·         Attends specialized training sessions related to areas such as NSS, admissions management, HRMS, PFMS, and MOOCs.

 

·         To engage in continuous professional development to enhance academic, administrative, and research competencies.

 

 

Non-Teaching Staff

 

·         Gain expertise in office automation, financial management systems, admission procedures, HRMS, PFMS, and various other essential administrative competencies.

 

·         Engage in skill enhancement workshops aimed at boosting efficiency, service delivery, and the utilization of digital platforms.
