Introduction

The academic session 2024-25 has been a year of remarkable progress and achievements for the college. The consistent dedication of students and faculty has been reflected in examination results, research activities, cultural events, and sports. This report presents a comprehensive account of the academic, co-curricular, research, and extension activities undertaken by the institution.

Academic Achievements

The academic performance of the students has been commendable during this session. The results of the university examinations not only highlight the hard work and determination of our students but also reflect the guidance and efforts of the faculty members. Three of our students secured their positions in the University Merit List:

• Ms. Sonu (M.A. Hindi)

• Mr. Manoj (M.A. Hindi)

• Ms. Shikha (B.Sc.)

These achievements are a testament to their talent, commitment, and academic excellence. The overall pass percentage of students has been significantly higher compared to the previous years, further strengthening the academic reputation of the college.

Faculty & Research Contributions

The faculty members have actively participated in academic and research-oriented activities. Several research papers were published in reputed national and international journals. Teachers also attended seminars, conferences, and workshops, thereby contributing to knowledge enhancement and professional development. Their involvement in curriculum design, evaluation processes, and academic mentoring has significantly benefitted the student community.

Co-curricular & Cultural Activities

The college organized and participated in numerous co-curricular and cultural activities throughout the year. Students showcased their talents in debates, essay writing competitions, poetry recitations, dramatics, music, dance, and arts. These activities not only enriched their creativity but also developed their confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities. The Annual Cultural Fest was a highlight of the year, attracting participation from a large number of students.

NSS, NCC & Red Cross

The NSS, NCC, and Red Cross units remained highly active during the year. Various activities were organized, including:

• Cleanliness drives under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

• Blood donation camps and health awareness programs.

• Tree plantation and environmental awareness campaigns.

• Community outreach and social welfare programs.

These initiatives created a sense of social responsibility among students and encouraged them to contribute positively to society.

Women’s Studies and Development Cell

The Women’s Cell organized a series of workshops and lectures focusing on gender equality, health awareness, and women empowerment. Self-defense training sessions were conducted for girl students. The cell also celebrated International Women’s Day by organizing discussions and cultural programs.

English Language Laboratory

The English Language Lab played a crucial role in enhancing communication and soft skills of students.
