Fee Refund Policy

                     Fee Refund Policy as per IGU, Session (2025-26)

●     If a candidate after having been admitted to the first year of a programme, leaves the programme without attending any class and he/she applies for a refund of fee within 7 days of the date of admission, the fee paid by him/her shall be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/-.

●          If a candidate after having been admitted to the first year of a programme withdraws his/her candidature within 15 days and the seat vacated by him/her is subsequently filled up, the fee paid by him/her shall be refunded after deducting 15% of the fee paid by him/her subject to a minimum of Rs.1500/-. It is clarified that filling of complete sanctioned intake is not required in this case. Itis also clarified that if the seat vacated by a candidate is not filled up, the fee paid by him/her would not be refunded.

●       If a candidate after having been admitted to the first year of a programme withdraws his/her candidature after 15 days up to last date of admission and the seat vacated by him/her is filled up from waiting list or through inviting fresh application, the fee paid by him shall be refunded after deducting 25% of the fee paid by him/her subject to a minimum of Rs. 2500/-. It is clarified that filling of complete sanctioned intake is not required in this case. It is also clarified that if the seat vacated by a candidate is not filled up, the fee paid by him/her would not be refunded.

Note: If a seat of any reserved category vacated by the candidate, then the same shall be offered/filled-up from the eligible candidate(s) of concerned category. If the eligible candidates of concerned category are not available then the seat(s) may be converted into Haryana Open General Category as per provisions available in the Information Brochure of the University for concerned year and filled-up from amongst the eligible candidates as per merit. However, if a seat of reserved category vacated by any candidate and the next admission was made against the seat of open category or any other reserved category, then the vacated seat shall not be considered as filled-up.
